What does the Alumni Weekend consist of and what is included in the price?

Friday, April 13th:

  • IE Alumni Weekend Welcome Cocktail Reception hosted at Confeitaria Nacional Boat, anchored near Torre de Belém

Saturday, April 14th:

  • Daytime Conference (including breakfast and lunch) hosted at CCB Lisbon (Praça do Império, 1449-003 Lisboa, Portugal)
  • Elegant Dinner: three course dinner at SUD Lisboa (Avenida Brasília, Pavilhão Poente, 1300-598 Lisboa, Portugal)

Ticket price includes entry to all Alumni Weekend events on both Friday and Saturday (including open bar/hors d'oeuvres on Friday evening, breakfast and lunch during Saturday program, and a three courses dinner followed by a party).

*Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options will be available. Kindly let us know if you have any severe dietary restrictions when you register.

What is the ticket price, and what are the payment methods?

Early bird pricing is 110€ available until February 15th. From February 16th, the price will increase to 175€. Group discounts are also be available.

Ticket price includes entry to all Alumni Weekend events on both Friday and Saturday (including drinks and hors d'oeuvres on Friday evening, coffee break and lunch during Saturday program, and a three courses dinner followed by dancing).

Current IE students may attend for 99€. IE Undergraduate Students and alumni can benefit of a flat rate of 49€

We accept all payments by credit card and / or debit card on our website.

May I bring a partner or family member to the whole event?

Yes, IE offers a special 20% discount if you purchase two tickets to the Alumni Weekend. Group rates are also available.

Does IE offer accommodation and travel arrangements?

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Does IE cover insurance?

The organizers do not accept liability for medical, travel or personal insurance and you are strongly advised to take out your own personal insurance.

Is there a dress code for the weekend?

Yes, business casual is recommended for the Welcome Reception and Daytime Programming.

Is there a registration deadline?

Tickets will be available for sale until Monday, April 9th. However, tickets bought before February 15th will be at reduced price, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets early.
